- Position the heel so that it is against the back of the brace with the bottom of the foot flat along the bottom of the brace
- Wrap the inner liner around the foot and the ankle
- Secure Velcro straps, starting with the strap at the bottom of the brace and working upwards
- Tighten straps until they are snug and comfortable
Removing the boot:
- Sit down to remove the boot
- Unfasten the straps
- Open the liner
- Slide the foot out of the brace
- For best results, refasten the Velcro straps when not using the brace (this will prevent lint and other materials from getting trapped in the Velcro, which will inhibit the Velcro from creating a secure hold)
