Epinephrine Bitartrate USP Powder for Compounding Medications is an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) used in the preparation of customized medications in compounding pharmacies. It is a synthetic form of the hormone epinephrine, also known as adrenaline, and is used to treat anaphylaxis, a severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction.
