Should last at least a couple of weeks. Have tried all types of bulk toothpaste but this one tastes fine and has fluoride.
I think it does something for combating nail fungus over the long run. There have been good changes in the nail bed.
I personally use "vasoline" to soften my curly hair, treat dry skin and lips, and protect cuts and scrapes. I am allergic to most lotions and conditioners. Took me years to figure it out...
