Smith & Nephew Dermal Cleanser is a water-based, non-foaming cleanser that is designed to cleanse the skin without stripping it of its natural oils. It is free of soap, alcohol, and other harsh chemicals, and is gentle enough for daily use. The cleanser is enriched with glycerin and other natural ingredients that help to moisturize and protect the skin. It is also pH balanced to help maintain the skin's natural acid mantle.

Wound care cleansers are designed to cleanse and protect wounds. They work by removing debris and bacteria from the wound, and by forming a protective barrier over the wound that helps keep out bacteria and other contaminants. Some wound care cleansers also contain wound-healing agents that help promote wound healing.

Dermal Wound Cleanser is a alcohol-free wound cleaner that disinfects and gently removes debris and dead skin from the wound without scrubbing. Adjustable nozzle trigger-spray bottle gently dislodges wound debris and slough with a direct stream or the wound can be lightly irrigated by using a fine mist spray.   
Dermal Wound Cleanser is not a soap and does not require rinsing.  It is indicated for washing small superficial wounds and to remove exudate and other foreign materials like dirt from skin or wounds.
